Why FF need double check the ship address,telephone number and the name of receiver?
You knew more clearly about the shipping,special for the express shipping service.UPS/FedEx/DHL will charge the fee for revise the shipment address during 6 months,althoug after delivered.Only a little difference dispeared on UPS/FedEx/DHL label compared with the delivered address.UPS/FedEx/DHL will send the bill for revise shipment address to the sender.
If customer gave us is right address,we filled wrong,no any double we must be cover this cost.While if the customer gave wrong address,the cost is on customer.While some times it is hard to chargeback this fee after delivered,so we had to accept this lose.We are only ship agent and earn a little profit from the difference price UPS/FedEx/DHL company gave and we quoted to customers ,so some time we really really hard to stand the lose.In order to avoid this problem,although you sent the address to us,before shipping,we must double ask and check with you again,in order to reduce the risk for revise.
